ALCALIBER annually produces a volume of poppy seeds of between 7000-9000 metric tons. This product is obtained directly from the harvesting of our production plots, following the corresponding straw separation process. Thanks to the special climatic conditions of our production zones, which allow early harvesting, ALCALIBER is the European company offering the earliest annual supply of poppy seeds on the market. From the month of June we are able to harvest a new crop, and can meet client demand for product reception in short periods of time, or distributed over the course of the year.
